This time, the project involved a beautiful, historic building in the heart of Chester, full of original features and a uniquely challenging layout.
Our goal was to create a modern, open-plan workspace while incorporating a client meeting room and a welcoming reception area.
By designing sympathetically with the building’s original architecture, we were able to preserve its character while delivering a fresh, functional office space. The client was delighted with the result — and their new offices have already begun hosting their own clients in style.

On the ground floor, the front portion of the space now functions as an inviting entrance and reception area for clients, while the rear has been converted into an open-plan office with private offices for the directors. A bright and uplifting colour palette was chosen to create a vibrant, energising workspace for a team of hardworking lawyers.

Originally an old bank, this historic building was a joy to transform.
The client envisioned a relaxed, warehouse-style office that balanced functionality with professionalism. Through the use of faux brick wallpaper, a bold feature wall colour, and Crittall-style partitions, we delivered a contemporary workspace that feels both stylish and practical.
